About the position:

 Being a CELLULAR PLUS Territory Manager in Training (TMIT) gives you to opportunity to connect with a career that matters. Your passion to coach employees and drive to show them endless possibilities in the wireless world lets you connect our sales consultants to customer needs. You will be strengthening the CELLULAR PLUS brand by coaching our sales consultants and Store Managers how to deliver world class customer experience, which resonates long after their visit to the store. Our training program provides hands-on training in: sales, store operations, customer conflict resolution, revenue management, and most importantly: people management. You will be trained how to run your own territory (up to 7 stores), supervise & assist employees in the sales of wireless phones, accessories & service. Other duties including preparing & submitting paperwork & reports, and auditing store paperwork for accuracy and achieving monthly sales goals and quotas.

 

Please consider prior to applying:

 The TMIT will complete six months of hands on training prior to being placed as a Territory Manager within the company. This is a full-time position and will require relocation after the six-month training period. This relocation could be in any of the 5 states CELLULAR PLUS operates in.

 

TMIT’s are responsible for:

  • Training store managers & wireless sales consultants on sales techniques and customer service. 
  • Meeting territory sales quotas.
  • Role plays with store managers and employees to enhance sales skills
  • Providing leadership and motivation to your stores
  • Auditing store inventories.
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork and reports
  • Recruiting and talent section/ Management

Basic Requirements:

  • 1 year Experience providing sales training, leadership and support. 
  • 2 years Experience in management and sales, with direct reports
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees
  • Competitive drive to see yourself, your team, and your territory succeed
  • Flexibility to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and/or be on feet for extended hours up to entire shift
  • Be willing to travel throughout your territory
  • Available for relocation to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington
  • At least 18 years of age
