Our training program provides hands-on training in: sales, store operations, customer conflict resolution, revenue management, and most importantly: people management. You will be trained how to run your own store, while balancing the needs of customers and earning commissions on top of your competitive wage.


Please consider prior to applying: 

The SMIT will complete six months of hands on training prior to being placed as a Store Manager within the company. This is a full-time position and will require relocation after the six-month training period. This relocation could be in any of the 5 states CELLULAR PLUS operates in. 


SMIT’s are responsible for:

  • Inspiring and exciting customers about how our solutions can impact their lives
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
  • Maintaining knowledge of cutting edge technology
  • Role plays with Territory managers and employees to enhance sales skills, and your coaching skills
  • Providing leadership and motivation to your sales team
  • Training, supervising, and assisting employees in the sales of wireless phones, accessories, and service
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork and reports
  • Achieving monthly sales goals and quotas

Basic Requirements:

  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
  • 1 year of experience in management and sales, with direct reports
  • Ability to train, coach, and motivate employees
  • Competitive drive to see yourself, your team, and your store succeed
  • Flexibility to work retail store hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and/or be on feet for extended hours up to entire shift
  • Available for relocation to Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington
  • At least 18 years of age
